• Locally Stored Data: Your display name, typing scores, badge progress, and preferences are stored exclusively on your device.
• No Account Required: We do not require you to create an account or provide any personal information to use the App.
• No Analytics Tracking: We do not use cookies or tracking technologies to monitor your behavior.

2. Advertising

The App may display advertisements. Third-party ad networks may collect anonymous, non-personally identifiable information for the purpose of serving relevant ads. These third parties may use cookies or similar technologies. We do not share any personally identifiable information with advertisers.

3. Third-Party Services

When you use the share feature, you may be redirected to third-party social media platforms (such as Twitter/X, Facebook, WhatsApp, Reddit, LinkedIn, or Telegram). These platforms have their own privacy policies, and we encourage you to review them. We do not control and are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties.

4. Data Security

Since all data is stored locally on your device, the security of your data depends on the security of your device and browser. We recommend keeping your device and browser up to date. We do not have access to your locally stored data.

TYPE HYPE is suitable for users of all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Since no personal data is collected or transmitted, the App is compliant with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

6. Data Deletion

You can delete all your locally stored data at any time by using the "Reset All Data" option in your Profile, or by clearing your browser's localStorage. Once deleted, this data cannot be recovered.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
